Double Opt-In (Recommended)
We strongly recommend using double opt-in, where subscribers confirm their subscription via email. This provides:

Prohibited List Sources
The following list sources are strictly prohibited:
- Purchased email lists
- Rented email lists
- Scraped or harvested email addresses

- Lists older than 2 years without re-confirmation
Required Email Elements
Every email sent through our platform must include:
- Valid Sender Information: Accurate "From" name and email address
- Physical Address: Valid postal address of the sender
- Unsubscribe Link: Clear, working one-click unsubscribe mechanism
- Honest Subject Line: Subject must accurately reflect content
- Ad Identifier: Clear indication if the email is an advertisement
Unsubscribe Requirements
You must:
- Include a visible unsubscribe link in every email
- Process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days
- Never charge a fee or require additional information to unsubscribe
- Honor unsubscribe requests permanently (unless re-subscribed)
- Not require login to unsubscribe
Monitoring and Enforcement
We actively monitor for spam and abuse through:

- Content scanning
- User reports
- Pattern recognition algorithms
Accounts that exceed acceptable complaint thresholds (typically 0.1%) may face suspension or termination.
Consequences of Violations
Violations of this anti-spam policy may result in:

- Account termination without refund
- Reporting to relevant authorities
- Legal action to recover damages
